      Use Strepsils lozenges when your throat is dry, irritated or sore. Strepsils lozenges contain active ingredients and are clinically proven to work on sore throats, even after the lozenge is gone. Each lozenge contains a combination of two important antiseptics (Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol 1.2 mg and Amylmetacresol 0.6 mg) that help fight bacterial and viral infections that cause sore throats and mouth infections. Strepsils Lemon Sugar Free can be used if you suffer from diabetes, or if you simply prefer a sugar-free lozenge.
                How to Use

                The recommended dose is:

                • Adults and children over 6 years of age: dissolve 1 (one) lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 or 3 hours as needed. Do not take more than 12 lozenges in a 24-hour period.
                • Elderly: no dose reduction is necessary in elderly patients.
                • Children under 6 years of age: not recommended for use in children under 6 years of age.
                • It is recommended to take this medicine for a maximum period of 3 days.

                    Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine.
