What is a store credit?
When it is not possible to exchange a product or refund an amount, we offer the option of issuing a store credit , which can be used for a future purchase in our online store.
Store Credit Validity
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. After this period, the amount automatically expires and is no longer available for use.
How it works:

Credit is issued directly to the customer account.

It can be used in one or more purchases , until the total amount is used up.

If the value of the new purchase is higher than the credit, you can pay the difference normally.

Store credit is not refundable for cash.
Where can I use the credit?
The credit is valid exclusively in our online store and cannot be used at physical points of sale, if any.
