- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The use of this website and the purchase of products through it is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using the website and/or placing an order for products through it, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. - Products and Prices
Product prices are shown on the website and include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal. Shipping costs are additional and will be indicated before the order is finalized.
We always try to ensure that the prices of products displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If the price displayed on the checkout page is incorrect, we reserve the right not to sell the products at that price.
If there is an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel your order and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
All campaigns and promotions are limited to existing stock and cannot be combined. The discount code for new subscribers cannot be combined with other special promotions or festive seasons.
We make every effort to ensure that product images on the website correspond to the actual products, but we cannot guarantee that the color or other characteristics of the product displayed on the website exactly match the actual product.
- Payment
Payment for orders can be made using a variety of methods, for your convenience and ease, such as credit/debit card, ATM reference, PayPal, MBWay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed through a third-party provider and the user agrees to their terms and conditions of use.
- Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the user during the ordering process. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and the shipping method chosen.
We will make every effort to meet the delivery deadlines stated on the website, but we will not be responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

- Cancellation and Refunds
The user may cancel the order at any time before it is dispatched. The user has the right to return the products purchased within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products have not been used and are in a condition to be resold. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the user, unless the return is made due to a manufacturing defect or our error.
