Your order may be subject to import fees (including VAT), which are added when the order reaches the destination country. Farmacia24 is not responsible for these fees if they are applicable; they are the customer's responsibility.

 

At Farmácia24, our goal is customer satisfaction, maintaining full transparency throughout the purchasing process.

However, if you are not satisfied with your product, the deadline to request an exchange or return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. To do this, the procedure to be adopted by the customer should be:

1 - Send an email to help@farmacia24.com, expressing the intention to exchange or return the product, providing the following information:

• Order Number;

• Customer Name;

• Reference(s) of the product(s) you wish to return or exchange;

2 - Within a maximum of 3 working days, you will receive an email from our customer support team confirming receipt of your request. After this contact, you will need to send the product(s) to be returned, by CTT or a carrier of your choice, to the following address:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the return/exchange is due to a fault attributable to Farmácia24 and/or the carrier. In such cases, a shipping label will be issued and sent to the customer, which must be affixed to the box in which the item(s) will be returned. Collection by the carrier will be scheduled, and the customer will be notified.

It is extremely important that you await our email with the return approval and that you keep the product(s) in the same condition as received so that it can be returned.

We only accept returns that have our consent and are in accordance with the customer support emails informing about the return/exchange.

As far as we are concerned, we try to analyze the products within a maximum of 5 working days after their receipt at the warehouse. If you have fulfilled all the previous points, and the products comply with the rules described below, we will refund the value of the returned product(s) within a maximum of 10 working days, not being responsible for any delay resulting from the use of banking intermediaries for this purpose. The same applies to cases of refunds due to out-of-stock items.

In the case of product exchanges, the cost of sending the replacement(s) is the customer's responsibility. However, it will always be calculated to minimize the cost to them.

Rules for returns

For a return or exchange to be accepted, it is essential that you respect the following rules:

• Discounted products are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns;
• The product must be sealed, in its original packaging, including cellophane or protective labels (if applicable), without any signs of opening or use;
• If the product box has a seal, it must be kept intact, or any other protective seal;
• You must ensure that all attached components are included with the product: samples, gifts, informative leaflet, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions;
• Keep the invoice, noting that a copy of it must accompany the product return to Farmácia24.

Delivery Times

Orders placed are processed by the Farmácia 24 team within a maximum of 2 working days after payment confirmation, if all products in the order are available in stock.

If one or more products in the order are temporarily unavailable, or if any of the products are out of stock, you will be contacted and informed about the cancellation and refund of the unavailable product(s), and the shipment of the remaining ordered items.

Delivery time, after dispatch, varies depending on the destination and the shipping time of the carriers themselves. An estimated delivery date will appear at your checkout. Please note that if the product is not available in stock, this time may be extended beyond what was communicated. For estimated delivery times:

• Mainland Portugal: 24-48 working hours after dispatch for shipment.
• Islands: Between 3 and 18 working days, considering sea transport.

Delivery times may vary at certain times of the year when a greater flow is expected, for example during holidays or festive and promotional seasons, so we ask that you take this into account when placing your order.

WARNING: Always pay attention to the conditions in which you receive the order. Do not accept opened orders, with wet packaging or with signs of use or manipulation (except for customs situations, previously communicated). Farmácia 24 is not responsible for and does not accept complaints for orders that are accepted and delivered opened or with clear signs of manipulation. We appreciate your understanding. 

Delivery Regions

For legal reasons, if you purchase medicines from our store, we only deliver to the municipalities of Lisbon, Sintra and surrounding areas: Mafra, Loures, Odivelas, Amadora, Oeiras, Cascais, Moita, Alcochete, Montijo, Barreiro, Seixal and Almada. These deliveries are ensured by our pharmacies in the mentioned regions.
