The Physiodose Physiodouche - Nasal irrigation and lavage kit contains: 1 practical bottle for daily nasal irrigation and a box with 30 sachets of saline solution enriched with sodium bicarbonate and hyaluronic acid. It helps to relieve nasal congestion of pathogenic or allergic origin and provides deep hygiene of the nose and nasal passages.
How to Use
- 1 to 2 times a day.
- Place the contents of the sachet inside the bottle.
- Fill with warm water up to the mark indicated on the bottle.
- Stir until completely dissolved.
- Place the bottle in the nostril to be cleaned.
- With your head straight, press the bottle so that the liquid enters your nostril.
- Repeat the process for the opposite nostril.
