  • Easy to carry, use anywhere, so you're always prepared.
  • Fresh and long-lasting flavor of fresh mint.
  • Pleasant texture and easy to chew.
How to Use

For smokers who smoke less than 20 cigarettes per day.

In the first 2-3 months: Use 8-12 chewing gums per day, i.e. use one chewing gum per day every 1-2 hours.
Use a maximum of 15 gummies per day.

After the first 2 to 3 months: Begin to gradually reduce the number of pieces of gum you use per day.

When daily use is limited to 1 or 2 gummies, you can stop the treatment.

  • Chew slowly until the flavor becomes intense (about 1 minute).
  • Place the gum between your cheek and gum.
  • When the flavor disappears, chew until the flavor becomes intense again.
  • Repeat this cycle for approximately 30 minutes
