How to Use

How to use:

• Chew the gum slowly for 10 chews.
• Let the gum rest between your gum and cheek for 1 to 2 minutes . The nicotine is absorbed through the lining of the mouth.
• Do about 10 more chews and rest again.
• Repeat steps 2 and 3 successively for approximately 30 minutes.

The use of medicated chewing gum beyond 12 months is not usually recommended.
