How to use
- OPTIFIBRE is easy to include in your daily routine. Thanks to its neutral taste, it is very versatile and can be added to hot or cold drinks or foods, without altering the taste, texture or smell.
- Easy to prepare! For liquids, add 1 scoop (5g) to 200ml and stir. For solids, mix the powder into 150g of food. Stir until completely dissolved. Do not use carbonated drinks or sparkling water and use only the scoop included inside for correct dosage.
- Once opened, the product should be used within a maximum of 8 weeks.
- Once the product has been prepared, keep covered and consume within a maximum of 6 hours at room temperature or refrigerated for a maximum of 24 hours.
- Discard any product prepared with hot or heated liquids that has not been fully consumed at the time of preparation.
- Get the most out of it: 3 to 4 scoops/day or the dose recommended by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 25g/day - 5 daily doses.
