How to Use

• OPTIFIBRE is easy to include in your daily routine. Thanks to its neutral flavor, it is very versatile and can be added to hot or cold drinks or foods without altering the flavor, texture or odor.
• Easy to prepare! For liquids, add 1 measuring spoon (5g) to 200ml and stir. For solids, mix the powder into 150g of food. Stir until completely dissolved. Do not use carbonated drinks or sparkling water and only use the measuring spoon included inside for the correct dosage.
• Once opened, the product must be used within a maximum of 8 weeks.
• Once the product is prepared, keep covered and consume within a maximum of 6 hours at room temperature or refrigerated for a maximum of 24 hours.
• Discard any product prepared with hot or heated liquids that has not been consumed in its entirety at the time of preparation.
• Get the most out of it: 3 to 4 tablespoons/day or the dose recommended by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 25g/day - 5 doses daily.
