Nestlé Meritene Instant Cereal

Meritene Cereal Instant is a powdered food based on cereals with vitamins and minerals. It forms a highly nutritious and easy-to-ingest cereal cream. With hydrolysed flours that facilitate dissolution for a smooth texture.

One serving (40g of product reconstituted in 200ml of semi-skimmed milk) of Meritene Cereal Instant provides:

• 250-252kcal;
• 3.5-4.8g of lipids;
• 40-45g of carbohydrates;
• 0.4-2.6g of fibre;
• 10-11g of protein.

Not recommended as a sole food source. Recommended for adults only.

How to Use

• 1 or 2 servings per day.
• It is recommended to follow a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

• Preparation:

  • Gradually add 40g of product to 200ml of cold or warm semi-skimmed milk while stirring until completely dissolved.
  • Wait a few minutes until the desired texture is achieved.
  • Can be prepared with milk, water, or juice, depending on consumer preference. Depending on the amount of product added, a more liquid consistency can be obtained and taken as a drink.

Cereals with honey

Hydrolysed flours (89%) (wheat, barley, rye, corn, whole oats), honey (9.4%), sugar, minerals (calcium, manganese, iodine), vitamins (C, niacin, E, pantothenic acid, B6, thiamine, riboflavin, A, folic acid, K, biotin, D, B12), flavourings, May contain milk.
