Minox 5 is a medication for cutaneous use that comes in the form of a hydroalcoholic cutaneous solution and contains the active substance minoxidil at a concentration of 50 mg/ml.
Minox 5 is indicated for the treatment of male and female pattern baldness, known as androgenetic alopecia, and alopecia areata, commonly known as baldness. The ideal users of Minox are men who experience hair loss or thinning on the top of their head and women with generalized hair thinning.
How to Use
Minox 5 is intended for external use and should only be applied to the scalp, twice a day (12/12h), with completely dry hair.
The dose for each application is 1 ml of solution (corresponding to 30 drops), regardless of the area to be treated, spreading the medicine from the center to the periphery with the fingers. The recommended daily dose is 2 ml (1 ml every 12 hours) and should not be exceeded.
