How to Use
- Spread a pea-sized amount of the Soothing Eye Emulsion onto the tip of your ring finger and apply to the eyelids.
- Smooth the upper eyelid with your index finger and the lower eyelid with your middle finger, working from the inner corner of the eye outwards.
