Arkopharma Arkotos Dry and Productive Cough Red Fruit Syrup

Medical Device. ARKOTOSS® Syrup formulated from 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives or dyes. It acts through a physical mechanism at several levels:
- Relief from coughing due to protective effect against external agents with irritating action;
- Facilitates physiological expectoration due to the hydration of mucus located in the upper respiratory tract;
- Reduces irritation and protects the throat due to its film-forming properties.
It also contains thyme extract, recognized for its antioxidant and mucosa-protective properties.

Ingredients

Glycerol from vegetable oils - Honey - Arabinogalactans from Larch (Larix sp.) - Thyme leaf extract (Thymus vulgaris L.) - Oligofructose - Agave syrup - Water - Concentrated lemon juice - Xanthan gum - Natural aroma of red fruits.

*Due to the contribution of slowly assimilated sugars from agave syrup and honey, ARKOTOSS® Syrup has a low glycemic index <55. Each 5ml dose contains approximately 1.5g of sugars.

How to use

From 2 years old.

Shake well before use. Children 2 to 5 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), once a day. Children 6 to 12 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), twice a day. Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: 2 teaspoons (10 ml), twice a day.

It is advisable to take ARKOTOSS® Syrup outside of meals. It is recommended to respect a minimum interval of 4 hours between doses.

ARKOTOSS® Syrup is a Class I Medical Device. Read the label, precautions and instructions for use carefully. As a precautionary measure, Arkotoss® Syrup is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the constituents and in cases of fructose intolerance. If symptoms persist beyond 4 days of treatment, consult a doctor. *Each 5ml dose contains approximately 1.5g of sugars.
