ARKOSONO Melatonin is a solution to help with specific sleep problems. Its practical drop format makes it easy to administer, directly into the mouth, or diluted in a drink, 30 minutes before bedtime. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, both at the beginning of the night and in the event of nighttime awakenings. This effect is achieved by taking 1mg of melatonin before going to bed or waking up during the night.

How to Use
From 12 months.
Take 4 drops of Arkosono Melatonin 30 minutes before going to bed, directly in the mouth or diluted in non-alcoholic drinks.
Thoroughly wipe the sides of the dropper at the edge of the bottle before administering the product to allow for accurate application of the recommended dose. Do not place the dropper in contact with the mouth/tongue. If this occurs, rinse and dry thoroughly before reinserting it into the bottle.
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are taking antidepressants, do not use this supplement before seeking medical advice. Do not combine with hypnotics or other sedatives. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from direct sources of light and heat. After opening the package, consume within 6 months.
