Arkofemina Menstrual Cycle combines Yarrow, which contributes to well-being during menstruation, with Ginger, which aids digestion. Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity. Additionally, Vitamins B6, B9, and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

How to Use

• From 12 years of age.
• 1 tablet per day, from the first days of menstruation, with a large glass of water.
• If you are taking anticoagulants simultaneously, consult your doctor.
• Not recommended in cases of known cross-allergy, particularly to plants of the Asteraceae family.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Bulking agent: cellulose - Yarrow aerial part extract (Achillea millefolium L.) (250mg) - Ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) (100 mg) - Anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, and magnesium salts of fatty acids - Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) (0.5 μg - 20%*) - Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.28 mg - 20%*) B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.28 mg - 20%*) - Vitamin B9 (pteroylmonoglutamic acid) (40 μg - 20%*). Coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, fatty acids - Bulking agents: calcium carbonate - Colour: plain caramel - Concentrate of Apple (Malus domestica Borkh), Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) and Radish (Raphanus sativus L.).
