Ingredients

Cryo-crushed whole powder of BIO Ginseng root (Panax ginseng CA Mey.). 100% VEGETABLE CAPSULE SHELL: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.

How to Use

From 15 years of age. Take 4 capsules a day, to be taken with meals: 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 capsules at lunch with a large glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store away from light, heat and moisture.
