Momendol 200 mg, 12 tablets , indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain and for relieving fever.
Momendol belongs to the category of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic drugs, that is, medicines that combat pain, inflammation and fever and are useful in the symptomatic treatment of rheumatic diseases. Momendol is used in the short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain such as muscle and joint pain, headache, toothache and menstrual pain. Momendol may also be useful in relieving fever.
How to Use
The usual dose is: Adults and young people over 16 years: 1 coated tablet every 8-12 hours. On the first day, if necessary, it is possible to obtain greater benefit by starting with 2 tablets, followed by 1 tablet every 8-12 hours.
Elderly patients and patients with mild to moderate renal impairment should not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours.
Do not use for more than 7 days for symptomatic treatment of pain and for more than 3 days for fever. Patients should be advised to consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. Swallow the film-coated tablets whole with water or other liquid.
