C'Nergil Vitamin C 10 Sachets

C'nergil® is indicated for the prevention of vitamin C deficiency states and contains 1000 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) as an active substance.

For vitamin C deficiency with immunostimulating action and increased iron absorption. Can be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

How to use

In cases of minimal vitamin C deficiency, doses of 100 to 200 mg per day are usually sufficient, and these doses can even be administered in the form of foods rich in ascorbic acid. In cases of longer-lasting deficiency, the doctor should determine the dosage based on the patient's pathological condition. However, as an average dosage for the treatment of prolonged deficiencies, it is recommended to administer the contents of 1 sachet, dissolved in a glass of water, once or twice a day, with or between meals. The contents of the sachet should be taken immediately after opening.

Contraindications: Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to ascorbic acid or any of the components of the medicine, if you suffer from kidney stones (doses higher than 1000 mg/24h) or if you suffer from phenylketonuria (due to the presence of aspartame, which is a source of phenylalanine).
