Prolonged-release tablets provide dual functionality: Rapid action through the immediate release of melatonin (0.5 mg): prolonged action through the gradual release of the remaining melatonin (0.5 mg).

How to Use

Take 1 tablet at night , 15 minutes before going to bed (preferably always at the same time).
