Ingredients
Cryo-crushed whole powder** of organic milk thistle fruits (Silybum marianum Gaertn.).
100% vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
**Obtained by cryo-grinding of Milk Thistle fruits with a minimum silymarin content of 0.6%.
How to Use
3 capsules per day: 1 capsule at breakfast, 1 capsule at lunch and 1 capsule at dinner, with a large glass of water.
If you forget to take a capsule, you can take it with the next dose to complete the recommended daily dose.
