How to Use
Reserved for Adults.
Take 1 tablet before going to bed on the first day of the trip and for the next 4 days after arriving at your destination.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of melatonin. Do not take if allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are taking antidepressants, do not use Arkorelax Melatonin 1.95 mg without medical advice. Do not combine with other sedatives.
