Daflon 1000mg Tablets

Medication indicated for the treatment of venous circulation disorders (heavy legs, pain, swelling) and for the treatment of functional signs related to hemorrhoidal crisis. Daflon quickly relieves leg pain, heaviness and swelling caused by venous disease. It quickly relieves pain, discomfort, bleeding and itching caused by hemorrhoidal disease, resulting in an improvement in quality of life. It protects your veins and strengthens your venous capital thanks to:

How to Use

• Hemorrhoidal Crisis
  • In the first 4 days: three tablets per day.
  • For the next 3 days: two tablets per day.
• Maintenance dosage
  • 1 tablet per day.

Do not take Daflon® if you are allergic to bioflavonoids or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. Warnings and precautions: Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Daflon®. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or might take any other medicines. Pregnancy and breast-feeding: If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. As a precaution, it is preferable to avoid the use of Daflon® during pregnancy. Breast-feeding is not recommended during treatment, due to the lack of data on the excretion of the medicine in breast milk. Driving and using machines: Daflon® does not appear to interfere with the ability to drive or use machines. If dizziness occurs, you should not drive or use machines. Daflon® 500 and 1000 comp. rev. contains sodium. These medicines contain less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per tablet, i.e. they are essentially “sodium-free”. Daflon® 1000 tablets chewable contains 0.00338 mg benzyl alcohol per tablet. Daflon® 1000 mg tablets chewable contains 0.00429 mg benzyl alcohol per tablet. Benzyl alcohol may cause allergic reactions. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have liver or kidney disease. This is because large amounts of benzyl alcohol can build up in your body and cause undesirable effects (“metabolic acidosis”). Daflon® 1000 mg tablets chewable contains 1227.37 mg sorbitol per tablet. Sorbitol is a source of fructose. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars or if you have been diagnosed with hereditary fructose intolerance (HFI), a rare genetic condition where a person cannot digest fructose, talk to your doctor before you take or receive this medicine.
