How to Use
Reserved for adults. Take 2 capsules at breakfast, with a large glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for children under 18 years of age, pregnant women and women who are breastfeeding. Do not take if you have already consumed other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Contains 13mg of EGCG per capsule. Contains caffeine (approximately 18mg per recommended daily dose). Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
