Neo-Synephrine 2.5mg/ml is a solution for relieving nasal congestion in children. Phenylephrine is a sympathomimetic substance with a highly selective action on alpha receptors, having little effect on beta receptors, which makes it a very effective topical vasoconstrictor. It is this high efficacy that makes phenylephrine have therapeutically useful vasoconstrictive effects when applied topically to the nasal mucosa.
- Provides quick and safe relief from a blocked nose
- Effective in nasal congestion associated with: flu, cold and sinusitis
- Low risk of ciliotoxicity
- Effect that lasts between 3 to 6 hours
How to Use
You should not use the Neo-Synephrine vial on more than one person as you run the risk of contaminating other users. Administer via the nasal route.
