Théa Blephaclean Eyelid Sterilized Wipes x30

It is intended for daily hygiene of the eyelids, especially:

• If you have sensitive skin, eyelids or eyes,
• If you need to remove dust, pollen or secretions from your eyelids. This may be part of the care you take when you have an allergy or infection in your eyes,
• If you have an inflammation or infection of your eyelids such as blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, a stye or chalazion. These conditions can cause dry eye symptoms such as itching, a gritty feeling, pain and/or redness in your eyes.
• When you need to clean your eyelids before eye procedures, such as therapeutic injections into your eyes (intravitreal injections), laser eye surgery (LASIK or PRK) or cataract surgery. As it is well tolerated, BLEPHACLEAN can also be used after surgery, taking into account the instructions of your doctor or ophthalmologist.

How to Use

• Before eye surgery, use twice daily for 5 days or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
• For other situations, use twice a day morning and evening for 3 weeks and then once a day for 3 months or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
• No need to rinse after use.
• BLEPHACLEAN can be used in children from 3 months of age.
• If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using BLEPHACLEAN.
• Steps to use:
  • Open the sachet and unfold the wipe inside.
  • With your eyes closed, gently apply the wipe to your eyelids and the base of your eyelashes.
  • Gently massage your eyelids using small circular motions, gently removing any crusts, secretions or makeup.
  • In front of a mirror, carefully open your eyelid, pulling your eyelashes slightly.
  • Gently rub the eyelid margin with a rolled-up washcloth.
  • Repeat the above steps on the other eye using a new wipe.

Ingredients

Capryloyl glycine, Sodium hyaluronate, PEG 8, Poloxamer 184, Polysorbate 20, Propylene glycol, hydrocotyl extract (propylene glycol, Centella asiatica extract and water), Preservative-free sebum-regulating complex (propylene glycol, Iris florentina root extract, zinc sulfate, PPG-5 Ceteth 20 and retinyl palmitate (Vitamin A), alcohol and water), PEG 6 caprylic/capric glycerides (i.e. Macrogol 6 glycerol caprylocaprate), Dipotassium phosphate, Sodium hydroxide, Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, Purified water.

For skin application only, do not apply directly to the eyes. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. BLEPHACLEAN is a sterile, single-use product. Do not reuse as this may cause the wipes to work less well and may increase the risk of infection. Do not use the wipe if the sachet is open or damaged. The colour of the wipe (lotion) may vary. This is normal and is due to the natural extracts of the plant. If your symptoms worsen, stop using BLEPHACLEAN and contact your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the outer packaging and sachet. The expiry date refers to the product in its undamaged packaging and stored correctly.
