Against fungal infections in the lower abdominal area. For external and internal problems. Gyno-Pevaryl® Ovules contain a gel-forming structure that functions as a depot. The depot causes the active substance econazole to adhere to the mucous membrane and secrete it from there over several days. This is why only one ovule is needed.
The simultaneous use of latex condoms or vaginal ovules with vaginal antimicrobial preparations may decrease the effectiveness of latex contraceptive agents. Therefore, medications such as GYNO-PEVARYL should not be used in conjunction with these products. Patients using spermicides should consult their doctor, since any vaginal treatment may inactivate spermicides.
How to Use
Insert an egg as deep as possible into the vagina every day at night for 3 consecutive days. The best position to do this is reclining.
