Vibrocil ActilongDuo Nasal Spray 10 ml

Vibrocil ActilongDuo is a medicine composed of the combination of two active substances: ipratropium bromide helps to reduce runny nose and xylometazoline hydrochloride has a decongestant effect.

Helps combat 4 nasal symptoms: stuffy nose, runny nose, sinus pressure and sneezing
quickly and effectively. Ideal for a blocked nose with runny nose, when associated with colds.

How to Use

Adults (over 18 years): One spray in each nostril as needed, up to 3 times a day for 7 days. There should be an interval of at least 6 hours between two administrations. Do not exceed 3 daily applications in each nostril.

• Blow your nose before using the nasal spray.
• Remove the protective cover.
• Do not cut off the tip of the applicator. The nasal spray is ready to charge before use.
  
• Before first use, press the spray pump 4 times to allow the solution to enter the pump. When full, the pump will remain charged for the period of regular daily use. If no spray occurs when the pump is pressed completely or if the medication has not been used for more than 6 days, it is necessary to refill the pump by pressing the pump 4 times as before the first use.
• Hold the bottle vertically.
• Tilt your head forward slightly.
• Close one nostril by placing your finger on the outside of the nostril and insert the applicator into the other nostril. Press the pump quickly, inhaling through your nose at the same time. Repeat this procedure on the other nostril.

Non-prescription medicine. Do not use Vibrocil ActilongDuo if: you are allergic to xylometazoline hydrochloride, ipratropium bromide or any other component of this medicine, you have a known allergy to atropine or similar substances, after surgical interventions in which dura mater perforation may have occurred, such as transsphenoidal hypophysectomy or other transnasal surgeries, if you suffer from glaucoma or dry rhinitis. Contraindicated in children under 18 years of age. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Vibrocil ActilongDuo if you suffer from: heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism), difficulty urinating and/or enlarged prostate, narrow-angle glaucoma, tendency to nosebleeds, intestinal obstruction, cystic fibrosis, benign tumour of the adrenal glands that produces large amounts of adrenaline and noradrenaline or an increased sensitivity to adrenaline and noradrenaline which may cause dizziness, tremor, rapid heartbeat, increased blood pressure and drowsiness.
