Fluponal 4/500 mg, 20 effervescent tablets, indicated for relieving flu and cold symptoms.

Griponal is a combination of paracetamol, which provides rapid relief from flu and cold symptoms such as pain and fever, and chlorphenamine maleate, which helps reduce runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing associated with flu and colds.

How to Use

Dissolve 1 tablet in half a glass of water and take orally. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 4 tablets per day, with a minimum interval of 6 hours between each dose.

The usual dose is:

  • Adults: 1 tablet, every 6 or 8 hours (3 or 4 times a day).
  • Children over 12 years of age: half the recommended adult dose.
