Comforting drinks, ideal for breakfast, supper or a morning or afternoon snack.

How to Use

• Place 150 to 200 ml of water at room temperature in a shaker (or suitable container) and add the contents of one sachet.
• Shake vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous.
• Place the mixture in a cup and heat for 1 minute in the microwave.
• Alternatively, you can use a wire whisk/magic wand. You can also add the contents of the sachet directly to hot water, for greater speed and ease.
• Consume within 10 minutes of preparation.

• Suggestion: sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
