Arkosono® Sleep & Stress has an innovative formula, without melatonin, with a patented Guinea pepper extract combined with the BZen-D complex and Vitamin B3.

• Lemon verbena: Helps reduce nervous tension and improve sleep.
• Passionflower: Helps reduce the body's resistance to stress; promotes restful sleep and relaxation.
• Vitamin B3: Contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

This product is well tolerated and does not cause habituation or drowsiness upon waking.

How to Use

• From 15 years old.
• Take 1 tablet at night, 30 minutes to 1 hour before going to sleep, with a glass of water.
• Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Keep out of the reach of children.

Ingredients

Bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate - Lemon verbena extract (Aloysia citriodora Palau) - Guinea pepper seed extract - (Aframomum melegueta (Roscoe) K. Schum.) - Passionflower aerial part extract (Passiflora incarnata L.) - Anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide). Tablet coating agents: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, hydroxypropyl cellulose, cellulose. Bulking agent - Calcium carbonate - Spirulina (Spirulina platensis) and Apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) concentrate.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
