How to Use

• Adult women in perimenopause or menopause.
• Take 2 capsules daily, at breakfast and dinner, with a glass of water, for greater well-being, both day and night. You can renew the use of the product whenever necessary.
• Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, nor in people taking antidepressants or with liver disease.
• If you have any medical condition or are undergoing any treatment, consult your doctor.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
