AMMO Pelvic Floor Exercisers are designed to achieve the best results in working/exercising the pelvic floor and vaginal muscles. Made from medical-grade silicone with a silky/velvety feel, they guarantee the best quality. By using them regularly, you will achieve more controlled births and postpartum periods, a more satisfying intimate life and will prevent urine leakage, as well as the majority of the most common pelvic dysfunctions. They are made up of 3 33mm spheres, each with a different weight of 20g, 30g and 40g (so you can get up to 6 combinations with different weights) and two support bands, one single and one double. They are used to improve muscle tone (involuntary and unconscious tension that a muscle has when it is at rest). Perfect as a complement to Kegel exercises, which train muscle strength (conscious and voluntary contraction).

How to Use
To use them, insert them into the vagina and contract the muscle to prevent them from falling out. Select the sphere that is best suited to the program you are going to do (it is recommended to start with the lightest weight). It is advisable to put a little intimate lubricant on the tip of the first sphere to make it easier to insert. Insert the exerciser into the vagina, making a rotating movement to help it slide.
