Dulcosoft Powder 20 sachets

Dulcosoft provides gentle relief from constipation by making it easier to pass stools and softening hard, dry stools. Dulcosoft contains Macrogol 4000, an osmotic agent with a high water-binding capacity that gradually softens stools and usually takes between 24 and 72 hours to take effect.

• Dulcosoft can be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and by diabetics, the elderly, celiacs, hypertensives, lactose intolerant people and people with hemorrhoids.
• Dulcosoft has a neutral taste and can be mixed into any hot or cold drink. It should preferably be taken in a single dose, in the morning by adults and children aged 8 and over.
• Dulcosoft provides a gentle action on constipation: Macrogol has a purely physical mode of action: it is not absorbed by the body and provides gentle relief from constipation.

How to Use

• The recommended daily dose is 1 to 2 sachets, taken with a liquid at breakfast.

DULCOSOFT® Powder for Oral Solution is a medical device for treating the symptoms of constipation. It hydrates and softens dry, hard stools and facilitates bowel movement. Instructions for use: Adults and children over 8 years: Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the usual dose is 1 - 2 sachets daily, the contents of which should be dissolved in a liquid and preferably taken as a single dose in the morning. Children should not take DULCOSOFT® for longer than 3 months. Do not take DULCOSOFT® if you are allergic to macrogol 4000, have severe inflammatory bowel disease or toxic megacolon, gastrointestinal perforation or risk of gastrointestinal perforation, ileus, suspected intestinal obstruction, symptomatic stenosis or painful abdominal syndromes of unknown cause.
