Cryo-crushed whole powder of the underground organs of Organic Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.). 100% vegetable capsule shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
How to Use
From 12 years old.
Relaxation : 3 capsules per day, to be taken during meals, with a large glass of water.
Sleep : 4 capsules per day. 2 capsules before dinner and 2 capsules before bed, with a large glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
