Telfast Nasal Spray 120 doses

Telfast Nasal Spray is used in adults to relieve symptoms associated with hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) such as sneezing, itching, runny or itchy nose and blocked nose. Effective for all symptoms including eye symptoms. Effective from day 1, lasting 24 hours. Odourless and tasteless, it does not cause drowsiness.

How to Use

Recommended starting dose : 220 µg (2 sprays/nostril, 1x/day).
Maintenance dose : 110 µg (1 spray/nostril, 1x/day).

• Apply the recommended dose to each nostril, keeping the bottle in an upright position; 1-2 applications per nostril 1x daily.

Telfast Nasal Spray, 55μg/dose (triamcinolone acetonide), nasal spray suspension, for the treatment of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults (>18 years). Recommended initial dose: 220 μg (2 sprays in each nostril, 1x/day); Maintenance dose: 110 μg (1 spray in each nostril, 1x/day). Caution should be exercised when changing systemic corticosteroid therapy, in case of suspected adrenal function disorders and in patients with a history of recent nasal septal ulcers, nasal surgery or trauma, until complete healing. Patients with visual disturbances or a history of increased intraocular pressure, with glaucoma and/or cataracts should be monitored. Contains benzalkonium chloride - long-term use may cause edema of the nasal mucosa. Not recommended for use >3 months without medical supervision.
