How to Use
- It is recommended to take between 1 and 3 tablets at night, when you feel the need, with a large glass of water. The correct dose is the minimum sufficient to promote physiological intestinal transit without producing liquid stools, so it can be customized according to individual requirements.
- The product is recommended for ages 12 and up.
- In general, to promote intestinal transit, it is recommended to drink liquids throughout the day, ingest the right amount of fiber and do physical exercise.
