Patellar support made of breathable 3 mm thick neoprene. It incorporates a silicone patellar cushion with a non-slip effect. Double band with velcro fastening to adjust pressure as needed. It incorporates "AirLock System" technology which allows the skin to breathe while increasing the temperature of the area by 3 to 5ºC.
