Bilateral. Composed of two separate parts: a supramalleolar strap above the ankles and an anti-slip connecting support to be fastened between the shoe tongue and laces with a central hook-type fastener. Both parts are joined by an elastic band for adjustable traction and for greater or lesser flexion. The back of the strap includes an internal gel padding for greater comfort on the Achilles tendon, and the instep area is lined to prevent unwanted friction and compression. It must be used with lace-up footwear. Its function is to produce dorsiflexion during the initial phase of walking, indicated for flaccid paralysis.

Dynamic anti-equinus orthosis whose function is to support dorsiflexion during the stance and swing phases of gait. Made of soft, breathable velvet fabric, with "high frequency" seamless technology, which provides maximum comfort. It consists of 2 elements: a supramalleolar band that is placed above the ankles and a connecting support by means of a hook-type anchor (single or double), non-slip, to be fixed between the tongue and the shoelaces. Both parts are joined by an elastic cord that exerts adjustable traction, allowing greater or lesser flexion according to the patient's needs. The posterior area of the supramalleolar band incorporates a gel pad that protects and provides comfort to the Achilles tendon. The instep area is lined to prevent unwanted friction and compression. Discreet, flexible and easy to adapt: it does not take up space in the shoe. It must be used with lace-up footwear.
