RESOURCE Thickener is specially developed for the treatment of swallowing difficulties and the prevention and treatment of dehydration in individuals with dysphagia to liquids. It allows to obtain smooth and homogeneous textures with any liquid or puree, without practically altering the flavor of drinks or food. Once thickened, the thickened drink or food maintains its stable consistency over time.
Indications:
- Difficulty swallowing in seniors with neurodegenerative and/or cerebrovascular disease
- Individuals after surgery or radiotherapy treatment of tumors of the oropharynx, larynx or maxillofacial region
- Individuals with a history of aspiration or recurrent pneumonia
How to Use

- Slowly add the thickener to the liquid or semi-solid food.
- As you add the thickener, keep stirring until you achieve a homogeneous texture.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Once opened, consume within a maximum period of 2 months.
- Once prepared, store at room temperature and consume within a maximum period of 6 hours or up to 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator.
