How to Use
- Dilute 1 sachet (30g) of MERITENE Strength and Vitality in 200ml of water or hot or cold semi-skimmed milk and mix. It can also be prepared with other vegetable drinks (soy, almond, rice, etc.).
- If prepared with semi-skimmed milk, skimmed milk or water, it is low in lipids and cholesterol-free.
- Depending on the adult's nutritional status, 1 to 2 sachets per day are recommended.
- The total intake of macro and micronutrients varies depending on the choice of liquid (water, milk or other) used to reconstitute the drink.
