How to Use

RECOMMENDED USE: Take 1 tablet daily, with food and liquids. The tablet can be swallowed whole or divided into two halves if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. You can take it for long periods to help supplement your diet.

Dicalcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), bulking agents E 460, E 464, E1200; potassium chloride, anti-caking agents: E 551, E553b, E 470b, E 1202), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), nicotinamide, calcium carbonate, calcium D-pantothenate, D-biotin, ferrous fumarate, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate, beta-carotene, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vegetable oil (coconut and palm kernel), hydrogenated vegetable oil, cupric sulphate, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), chromium (III) chloride, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, sodium selenate, vitamin K (phylloquinone), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), colour (E 132).
