Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity, while vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen and the normal functioning of skin and bones, and vitamin D helps maintain normal bones and teeth.

How to Use

RECOMMENDED USE: Take 1 tablet daily, with food and liquids. The tablet can be swallowed whole or divided into two halves if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. You can take it for long periods to help supplement your diet.
