ARKOSONO Forte 8H is a food supplement based on Melatonin (1.9mg), plant extracts and Vitamin B6. ARKORELAX Forte 8H ensures an effect throughout a full night thanks to its innovative formula with a high concentration: in fast and prolonged release melatonin for 8 hours and plant extracts recognized for their relaxing and sleep-aid properties. This product is well tolerated and does not cause habituation or drowsiness upon waking.

Ingredients

Bulking agent: cellulose - Extract of aerial parts of California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) - Extract of underground organs of Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) - Anti-caking agents: fatty acids, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids and cross-linked cellulose gum - Extract of aerial parts of Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) - Maltodextrin - Spirulina colour concentrate - Rice starch - Melatonin - Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride). Tablet coating: Coating agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose - hydroxypropyl cellulose, fatty acids, cellulose, ethyl cellulose, carnauba wax.

How to Use

Reserved for Adults.

1 tablet per day, one hour before going to bed, with a large glass of water. Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg before going to bed.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding and in cases of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients in the formulation. It is not recommended to combine the product with alcohol, as it reduces the effectiveness of melatonin during sleep. If you are undergoing medical treatment with antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives, consult your doctor before starting to take this food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
