How to Use
From 15 years of age. 3 capsules per day, at mealtimes, with a large glass of water.
It is recommended to drink plenty of water during the period of use. Leave at least 1 hour between taking Plantago and taking oral medication. If you do not feel any improvement within 3 days or if you experience abdominal pain or bowel or colon problems, consult your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended in cases of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the components of the formulation. Recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Store away from light, heat and humidity.
