AMMO Velvet Menstrual Cup

The AMMO Velvet menstrual cup is a healthy, safe and hygienic alternative to pads and tampons. It can collect 3 times more fluid than pads or tampons. Depending on the flow, it allows a maximum collection of 4-6 hours for heavy flows, 8-10 hours for medium flows and up to 12 hours for lighter flows. How to Use

It is very important to always wash your AMMO menstrual cup thoroughly before using it. It is not necessary to boil it, but you can do so between menstrual cycles or in the event of a recent Candida infection or other type of vaginal infection. Follow any of the options (A,B) that we suggest to correctly insert your menstrual cup.

THE

1.- Get into a comfortable position with your legs open. Slightly separate your labia with one hand while gently inserting the cup with the other, keeping it folded until it slides completely into your vagina. To ensure comfortable use, make sure the cup is fully inserted.

2.- It is important that the cup creates a vacuum, otherwise it may leak blood. Therefore, once placed, insert a finger around the cup and check that it has opened correctly or pull it out slightly (if it is correctly positioned, it will not move). Before removing the cup, make sure that your hands are washed to avoid possible infections or contamination.

1.- Separate your legs to comfortably insert your fingers into your vagina.

2.- Hold the body of the cup, press with a finger to release the vacuum and gently slide it in a zigzag motion towards the outside of the vagina.

3.- Empty the contents of the cup. If possible, wash it with water and a personal hygiene product, otherwise clean it with a little paper.

4.- Reinsert your cup, following the steps explained previously.

At the end of your period, clean your AMMO cup thoroughly before storing it. Do not share your menstrual cup with anyone.

Made from 100% biocompatible medical grade silicone. Does not contain phthalates. Capacity 20ml. The menstrual cup is not a contraceptive and should not be used during sexual intercourse. Do not use it with petroleum jelly, silicone oils or non-water-based lubricants, as they may damage it. Always use water-based moisturizers or lubricants. If you notice any adverse reactions, irritation or pain while using your menstrual cup, remove it and consult your doctor.
