ARKOBIOTICS VITAMINS AND DEFENSES ADULTS is a food supplement based on 5 live lactic ferments, 11 vitamins and zinc. Vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. It offers a selection of lactic ferments from different strains. The freeze-drying process guarantees a minimum intake of 10,000 million selected ferments per single dose.

How to Use
1 single dose per day, in the morning, at breakfast.
Press the cap firmly with both thumbs. When you hear 2 “clicks”, the contents of the cap will fall into the solution. If you prefer, you can place the single-dose bottle on a flat surface and press the cap firmly with the palm of your hand. Shake vigorously, open the single-dose bottle and drink its contents. When you press the cap, its contents will fall into the solution, creating a slight cloud of powder, which ensures the bottles are airtight.
Package with 7 single doses for an intensive 7-day program. It is recommended to repeat this program at least once a month.
