Centrum Immunity & Defense is a dietary supplement with vitamins, minerals and elderberry extract specifically formulated to strengthen the immune system. Centrum Immunity & Defense contains elderberry plant extract that contributes to the body's natural defenses.
Elderberry extract is obtained using a purely mechanical ultrafiltration technology that preserves its properties. It also contains a blend of Vitamins A, C, D, Zinc and Selenium for the normal functioning of the immune system and Vitamin E to protect cells against oxidative stress.
How to Use
RECOMMENDED USE: Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), gelatin (bovine), firming agent (E 422), thickener (E 901), elderberry extract (Sambucus nigra L.)
